IP Telephony Install

A new IP telephony system needed to be installed to allow a group of colleagues to be able to use the same phone system while none of them shared an office.

this was achieved by setting up a VOIP system on a virtual server hosted in the cloud which was then connected to the ISP allowing this system to receive and make calls. The new IP telephone handsets were then connected to this VOIP system over the internet allowing the users to connect even tho they are not at the same physical location.
